Timber Titans

Name of a new TV show about logging premiering on the Weather Channel tomorrow night. Seems like it'll be a docu-drama which i dont particularly care for. Anybody gonna watch it?

 

Sounds about as bad as mtv not playing music videos anymore. I don't have fancy tv so no chance of me watching it. How does the weather channel not have something about the weather playing at all times? It's literally changing by the minute. Next thing cspan will be playing shows too!

 

I was watching a Buckin billy ray video last week and apparently his boy Hogan is supposed to be in Timber Titans

 

Hmm, I just setup to dvr it. I’ll see if it’s watch worthy.

 

So I’ve watched it. Very close to Big Timber. It’s more about fixing broke down equipment and dealing with logistics problems than it is with actual wood stuff. Not a fan.

 

I didn't even bother watching it as I didn't wanna be let down. Tired of drama on TV.

 

I've watched the episodes. I'll stick with it.

 

I'm out , no time in my schedule for this.

 

It's almost as if TV doesn't think the East Coast does any logging. Oh boy! More video of yarders and swampers! Yay! lol I can't relate, so they don't interest me.

 

To anyone that watched the show is there anyone/companys from the old axe men show on there

 

No companies from Ax Men.

There's an outfit that does helo-logging. They bundle the logs and let the bundles slide down into water for a log raft.

There's another outfit that does yarder logging.

 

It airs on Sunday nights at 9pm. What's on your schedule then...oh wait nevermind!

Never used a DVR and its been many years since I've used a VCR/DVD player. Very little on TV that catches my interest. It's on all the time mostly for atmosphere. My face is usually buried in the computer!
