I haven't made any in a bit....my next batch is going to be venison bacon.

big selection,some of the stuff is ungraded,price is hit or miss....like this week one of the sale items is choice brisket $5.69lb im paying $4.98 for prime and $3.98 for choice.....plus im not close to there.

 

if your in that area its worth a look...like going into a toy store for a carnivore foodie,its just im not close.

 

I’ll be working in the slums of Holyoke Friday. If I don’t get stuck with a dirty needle by one of the zombies ima gonna check it out. 90 meat market is another option.

 

And labudas closed cause they retired....things going down hill quickly....

 

Bronco lit,got some smoked gouda sausage i sliced em open and put roasted peppers in them with garlic and black pepper top off with a little colby jack

 

im glad all the fat dripped off....

 

Dang, that was one spot I wanted to check out. Luckily I still got Golemos in Worcester. Gotta brush up on my Polish before I go in there again.
