Maybe from lack of snow to shovel? I do hope this passes soon.

Do the flat roofs cause any problems with snow? I would have expected steep pitch alpine style roots to be preferred. But then I found this site, link below, which explains why flat roofs are OK.

It was hard, I had to sit there for a couple minutes to take inventory and get oriented. Relieved my knees are okay this morning, got lucky with just bruising and minimal soreness, and jaw and neck are a bit sore from holding head up when I hit. It actually is her chore, she went to my mothers for a visit and late Christmas with them, just a coincidence. For now I need to be more careful. I heard of a "rebounder", or mini trampoline for people like me. Just one minute several times a day jump starts muscles to work my way up. There's no room for one here though, going to shop for an ultra light one I can hang on the wall.

yooperdave , how is your back today, did the spasms calm down?

Thanks JD, and yes, feel every second/split second before the hit!!! Got lucky, sore knees, elbow and neck (and that shoulder too now) but nothing more, PHEW. I ordered this today since I can't go outside here most the time, 1 minute a few times a day to work my way up to more. Keep me to it friend!

You should try this kind of PT. HC9170.gif

Lol. I think brenndy is right about the water. I started drinking a lot more water about 2 years ago and I've seen some benefits, that I can contribute to that alone, and not just eating better and working out.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't even imagine going thru that. My wife and I have only been together 20 years and we are inseparable.

Getting ready for some heavy wet snow and then rain with strong wind. There will be trees and power lines down again. Got lucky the storm 2 or 3 weeks ago and only lost power for 3 days . :)
