My sister picked up 15" at her place in Vermont. Nothing but rain here is South Jersey as predicted.

We often get just mostly water slush. Even a two stage doesn't "throw" it. It just bubbles out of the chute. I'll go out and use something just to leave tire tracks to rut it up so it's a little less slippery the next day when it is frozen solid. You either (try to) plow it off or leave it alone.

We’re having a nice little blizzard here in Dodge City. Maybe 4” so far but 50mph winds. Kinda fun watching everyone freak out about this little storm. Should be done and gone in a couple hours.

Finn is the name of the current Winter storm in the midwest. For some reason they thought giving them names was a good idea.:picard:

Well, we finally got a 2-3" snow fall the other day. The calm before a real storm is now. T
Early tomorrow morning we're to get a real storm, not a blizzard, but 6" give or take thru Wednesday am. Friday we might get another snow event. Then as the weekend goes on it will get cold. I've got a bunch of oak ready for that.

I was working on a house today and I was told as I left "get ready, we got a huge snow storm coming tonight". I think my jaw hit the ground. The news is making a huge deal of it and it's barely a flurry.

Then I get home and call a friend and he tells me the same thing. I told him I would be surprised if we got an inch.

Schools are closed here because of the severe weather threat. Light rain right now. At least the kids get to have another productive day on Tik Tok.

34*, no wind to speak of. By NWS, we may get 3" or so over the next couple days. I have enough wood and a full freezer. Life is good.

Schools closed early here today as well, I think one or two actually called the whole day off. Been a lot if rain since at least daybreak, winds starting to pick up now. Worst is supposed to be here later with heavy winds. The ground is very saturated here...I imagine there's gonna be wood on the ground. Hope powerlines, houses and fences are spared....
