    Good luck to you as well! I've got the same job today (throwing a spiral cut ham on the smoker around noon). Hardest part is going to be getting the kids to not make a mess while we're getting the house cleaned up haha.

    I spent the last hours of the Eve, in a tree stand on the last day of black powder and took a shot that missed. Got to the house with a little red left in the sky , made a splash of Woodford Reserve.

    Sat on the ridge looking across the valley counting blessings and listening to a carol of gratitude.

    That looks delicious. Sounds good too, even though I don't like gin. I love all the tiki drinks, so I'd definitely try that.

    I'm not a gin fan either but,, in mixed drinks it usually isn't front and center. At least not in the ones I've had. She got a soft bound cocktail book for xmas so we'll be trying some new stuff. :cheers:

    Have you tried out the painkiller yet? That's a favorite of mine. But like pretty much all the tiki drinks, they require a lot of ingredients, and usually 3 or more types of booze.
