In my neck of the woods since the summer we've had rain just about every week.If this moisture stays around once the cold comes we'll have many feet of snow. Our first snow will be this week-end.I think we may see record snow this month and February.

I concur. We get enough as it is. Well, not this winter so far. I hope to not plow one time.

"I hope not to plow one time." Is the best answer I've heard so far.:handshake:

I’ll get gas early tomorrow morning. I’ll get the driveway stakes in and the blower prepped by Saturday, I’m thinking good chance this will be a nothing burger.

Every other week over the summer, when I mow the lawn, I start the snow blower in the garage and let it run for 10 minutes or so. I added seafoam to the gas, perhaps not necessary.

Like Brad, we'll probably only see rain. But I can sure HOPE we get a gollywhomper.

We've kinda learned to live prepared, many years ago with the 2 snow storms in CT that put us out of power for a week or so each, in the same year.
I'll fill the truck fuel tank daily or e/o day before the storm.
I have laundry to wash and hang out before wet stuff hits.
I went shopping before Christmas and before New Years, shouldn't have to go out for a couple weeks.

I remember stories of the blizzard of 78 and others. No one thought it would amount to much then. We have waaaay better weather monitoring technology, but that stuff is prone to errors and human factor goofs.

    We await!

Same here usually. Just need to top a few things off from usual usage. And feed up just in case...and if it's not the frozen stuff, it'll be a muddy mess again...or continued is more like it...

Sheesh, I have to cut the lawn one more time yet.
I'll have to take the snowblower out aimed at the door and put the mower in first when I'm done with the lawn.
