Some of that lumber looks way too nice to be burning!! Seems like you could swap it with someone for money or firewood? But who knows city folks are a different breed. They value stuff that other people think is garbage and throw out valuable stuff that others think has value.

 

Another half cord load of barkless black locust

 

Dad and I hauled two loads of red oak, has one post oak, and two ash in there Saturday. Wound up with quite a bit.

 

Awesome!! That's any hoarders dream right there.

Still good stuff though. Ive excavated BL at roadside scores. The schmutz under the bark can be especially messy too.
