Morning. Danged leg cramps gave me a very rude awakening this morning but at least I finally got a good night's sleep. Last night I was talking on the phone with Pallet Pete when the sleep started telling me I had to sack out. Went to bed and right to sleep. I needed that after the last couple days. Maybe Pete should call more often! lol

Rain forecast next couple days. Turned on an outside light to see some snow flakes floating in the air. Enjoy your days. Hope things improve for our Hoarders in the Northeast.

    Good morning y'all.

Pretty uninspiring "sunrise: this AM.... 20231228_065319.jpg

    36/43 mostly cloudy.

Plan is to make sawdust today.

A man from north Mississippi called yesterday and ordered 450 1x6x8' oak.
His deposit is in the mail, so I gotta make boards for a while.

    Y'all have a blessed day!

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a TREMENDOUS THURSDAY. 46° this morning, 60° forecast. Headed to the woodyard to split and stack some oak in totes. A few odds and ends to do, also. Taking my hunny on one of her bucket list trips tomorrow.
    Heading to South FLA.
We were blessed with 2 tickets thru Burgess Pigment to a certain game she is really excited about. Screenshot_20231220_104008_Google Play services.jpg

Morning all. Dark and wet out there but I don't think we have wind. It was another wild day yesterday but not as bad as Christmas Day.
We had a great time visiting Mom with our daughter. I cooked Christmas dinner again and then we took Mom for a tour of the Christmas lights as she doesn't drive at night. The main display was out as I think it got battered by the wind and the sea waves coming up over the side of the shore.

More or less back to normal today. Some bookkeeping, some chores and some visiting. I have a puzzle to finish.

T.Jeff Veal have a safe trip tomorrow. We will probably be watching from here. campinspecter has had lots of football to watch this week.
Sawdust Man that is a lot of boards to cut. Lots of sawdust to create.
Backwoods Savage sorry to hear about the leg cramps but I am glad Pallet Pete was able to send you off to sleep.
MikeInMa this must be an unreal winter for you with all the rain.
Chvymn99 do you ever manage to get away from the job? It almost sounds like you work 7 days a week.

    Everyone have a great day.

Annually, we are ~15 inche's of rain over average, and 2023 isn't over yet.

Nice order. How many board feet can you cut in a decent day?

Today is our wedding anniversary, number 55. We are going out this evening with friends to a nice restaurant. I asked my wife if she was going to keep me and she said, might as well:thumbs::thumbs:

In a 6-8 hour stint, an average of around 500 working solo, or 1k to 1.5k with a good helper.

    Good morning, members.

Yet another foggy, misty day. 40⁰/46⁰. Rainy days and Fridays always get me down.

We'll be heading across town to visit with my SIL. Probably play some kind of table game(s).

The last date of the year is an unusual string of numbers. 123 123. 12/31/23

    Be safe
    Be healthy
