9' tree in the living room. Smaller one in the dining room. Plus decorations everywhere.[IMG]

She changed the lights on that one....said they weren't quite red enough. The wood framed clear light Christmas tree is no longer. :zip:

We must be close to the same age. I got a Life Savers book every year for Christmas. Folks are both gone now.Brought back a nice memory. Thanks.:handshake:

This is apparently the last year they are being made and they are hard to find. The tradition ends at the end of the month.

Back in the 90s, Canadian Tire featured fibre optic Christmas trees. campinspecter thought they looked really neat so we bought one. Almost thirty years later it still works. Here is a video of it.

Our little town decided to really show the Christmas spirit this year. I hope it grows even bigger next year.

This is my Christmas decoration. It seems to fit on that antler.

They put our tree up Thanksgiving weekend, love it! And not sure how to get through all the wrapping, like I had a time warp and Christmas snuck up on me.

We went to that several years ago. A good take. Don't miss having a hot chocolate around the bonfire.

I hadn’t been since elementary school. After our disappointing visit to plimoth patuxet I wasn’t expecting much.

It was well done. We dipped candles, took a horse drawn wagon ride, had hot coco by the bon fire while listing to live Christmas carols and the kids saw Santa. Best part is he asked about there behavior and said he knew they were good. Then told them the most important thing for the upcoming year is to keep learning. No commercial BS. This is the first pic we have of them with Santa. Never took them to the mall for that stuff. IMG_3463.jpeg We will go again next year and invite sisters family and our parents.

side note, we had an excellent dinner at Sturbridge seafood. Cioppino was fantastic.

It was probably just cool enough that when visiting the various shops, their indoor fires felt good.
