Oh I am hanging in there. Right now I think I came down with the flu. I will get over it and get back to my routine.

Nice to hear from you my friend. I still gotta send those BP1 parts out to you someday to get repaired.

My Tig welder broke on me and I still have not got it fixed. Checked with a place in Cheyenne and they told me 6 months to a year if I take it to them. They claim because of parts.

That center link wasn't in there. I swapped out the pitman and idler from the fast ratio stuff back to stock and that was open. I always start the first bolt, swing the header down, put the starter in and then swing it back up and do the rest.

The absolute worst fitting headers I've ever put on were Hooker Super Comp.

Thanks. My dad talks about buying most cars in the early to mid 70's for next to nothing. He had a triple green '70 Challenger R/T 440 auto car when I was a baby. It was our "family car" for a few years. This would have been in the early 80's.

Thanks, I can't kill it. I cut would with my dad in the winter months at his place and mine and I can't tell you how much firewood I've hauled in it. It likes to work.

    Thanks!

It is a very rare truck. My dad found it in a junkyard in Holbrook, Arizona and restored it. It has an Allison 6 speed automatic transmission and a 3 speed power divider.
The truck is powered by a Chevrolet 322 truck engine.
The 5th wheel is off of a wrecked 1958 Chevrolet.
We built the aluminum fenders out of a set of fenders from a semi gas tanker trailer.

My neighbor has 2 road runners.
Sadly, they'll never see the light of day again. He thinks a body man should want to make one good one out of the two. You know ...as a favor...just in they're spare time...

It was originally a black stripe. It wasn't on it when he got the car in the very early 90's. We added it later on. That car really needs to be taken completely apart and restored.

A friend of mine has a red '68 Coronet R/T his dad special ordered new. It's still all original and sitting in his basement. 440, 4 speed, red with black vinyl top, black interior and tail stripe and oddly optioned. Power windows and door locks, manual brakes and steering. His dad was a short stocky guy so he had a hard time reaching over to the passenger side to roll down the window. I've been trying to buy it from him for 20+ years.
