With EPA permit, which doesn't come cheaply, or easily! (read: commercial/industrial)

So I’ve been thinking… tire smoke is black, but ever notice a tire burnout creates white smoke. Possibly if he just put the tires in that the temp is not high enough to fully combust and get that black smoke going… not sure. Either way that guy is a dirtbag.

    Well, there ya go!

Maybe stop by, introduce yourself, and ask him not to do that? Sure would be better than someone calling the po-po on him. :handshake:

I think it can vary, black or white smoke from burning tires.

My neighbors were open burning plastic garbage the other night. Not like milk jugs, but plastic items. It stank so bad. Into the next day too. They also have vehicles parked up in the woods, which is against township rules. But our township is run by a bunch of worthless fecks. Heaven forbid though you build something a foot over the square footage where a permit isn't needed. They'll bring the hammer down. Have junk vehicles leaking fluids...thats ok.

Burnouts don't burn the tires... it's basically vaporizing the rubber. So yes, you're actually "vaping" tires... doesn't sound as cool now.
