    ...and a spider.

Just a PSA to take your pills and vitamins today....
You know what they say... a spider a day keeps the doctor away.

So this morning, Miss July grabs her morning vitamins and such, pops them in her mouth, grabs her tea cup and shotguns 'em all down... Well, almost....
Just then, she feels something biting her lip. On the inside! She Spits...:) it all out...and finds her pills, tea, and a spider . :startled:

Apparently the spider was in her tea cup and she didn't see it. The cup is a dark maroon inside.
So she rinsed out her mouth a couple times with Hydrogen Peroxide and everything seems good. Her lip was a bit tingly for a little while but that might have been the HP.
She bagged the spider just in case then left for Sunday school.

    Y'all know she's tough as nails.

I'm watching the spider to see if it needs to go to the doctor.
    ;)

     LMAO

I was thinking as long as it's not a brown recluse, that there should be no issues.

Looks like a common Wolf spider.

    Nope. Nooope nope noooope!
I'm not terribly afraid of them but swallowing one or having it in the mouth is a fear, mainly because of brown recluse. I like my skin intact & unmelted!
The movie arachnid's may have played apart in this also...

I have one of those (or one very similar) that lives on my front porch between the two front doors. I look for it and try not to crush it. I hope it is keeping my front entry free of bugs that do not belong.
Now the cellar dwellers that occasionally find their way upstairs get squished on sight.
Some bugs I'll catch and release, ants and stink bugs get a squirt of citrus cleaner.

Guy at work got bit by a recluse while unloading a trailer. It really did a number on him.

I've seen what they can do as well. It's definitely scary.
