Played with the saw a bit. Would’ve cut more but the lunch bell rang. A little red maple, some shag and of course red oak.
The Yard Glider has arrived, woo hoo.

Just loaded with the conveyor, it will hold a cord + easy
Stacked will hold at least 1 1/3 cord, even with metal sides.

None of them were quite up to your size. But I made some noodles anyway. Good thing because I misplaced my hatcharoon. I do have at least one white oak trunk coming you’d appreciate. A monster for me.

Split everything up. Totally forgot to take pictures,
Took the Yard Glider for a spin around the property with a couple 1/4’s on it for weight. They come rolled up and it’s like a Wily Coyote cartoon trying to uncurl them. instructions say just use them. They’re right, I was surprised once I dragged it around it lost most of that curl memory.
slippery darn thing tho. Might need to drag it over some more rocks to scratch up both sides.

The guy with the monster honey locust txt'd me again. Took another one down and wants some of it milled. I'm going to ask for pics first. :binoculars: Big WO would make some strong lumber.

id certainly go after that locust. The WO is big, straight grained but too short for any lumber I need. Something that thick costs me money to get cut. 26” and under I trade wood for milling.

I misplaced the one you gave me too. :emb: It was a couple months later. Think i left it roadside somewhere at a scrounge. We should buy some hatchets and you could whip up a bunch.

Have the FHC logo engraved on them maybe.

Want me to see if I can laser etch them for you.

FHC logo on one side and maybe name and phone number on the other side like a dog tag.
This way when someone finds it they know who to call.

If the Hatcharoon business takes off, the Bar will be a good business diversification move!

Only change I have is to somehow incorporate Brad’s F-150 tailgate into that design….
