Left over French bread or some variation of that I found in the kitchen after turkey day...the warden had already sliced it so it was easy target for me.
Haven't had much time to smoke or grill anything these past few weeks. Tonight i had a few hrs so i threw these pork tenderloins on. One is ancho espresso rub and the other meat church honey hog. SKEETER McCLUSKEY that rib roast looks fantastic!
