Ive always had an 8' bed PU since i learned to drive with my dad's old 67 Chevy back in the 80's.

Half cord load of cherry delivered today. Listed it on CL and it sold in two days! My listings there have done well this season. Ive been delivering FAST as not to lose the sale.

What did you charge for that

 

$175 listed as exotic cherry firewood. Small mark up from what i charge my regulars for a half cord.
I was surprised it sold as fast as it did.

 

Smoker wood too , add that to the listing as well.

Cherry wood bacon , survey says?

 

My prior listings have had it as smoker wood with no takers.

Its still in the fridge. Should go in the next week or so! What has everyone else said about it?

 

Good flavor , a little salty but it is bacon afterall.
I cut it back for this batch so will have to wait and see.

Working on splitting wood now for the cooker so some more cherry will get added to the stash.

 

My current dry bundle wood has a lot of sugar maple. Be glad to put some aside for you to try.

Oh and i bought a pig too. Figure we could run it through the mill then the smoker.

Half cord load of sugar maple i delivered yesterday. Stacked it in her garage. I sold her a half cord of hickory a couple months back and she commented on the heat it put out. I had warned her. Regular customer who burns a stove.
