Gettin dark had to turn the flood light on,gettin up to temp

 

beyond goodness......

 

now they look nice,

dont know how you do it, but it all looks very good,

 

LOL , it's a full time job!

 

Last nite cook,mini sweet peppers stuffed with chive and onion cream cheese mini hot dog and topped with half slice low sodium bacon,they didn't look very pretty but they was good

 

My setup today....stick of hickory holdin back the coals and a tumbleweed to get it goin

 

bone in pork shoulder

 

trimmed up some picanha, saving the fat for beef tallow

 

The pit is lit......
