A college friend of my youngest son was injured in a S xS accident and was behind on his firewood. So my two sons and I flew to Montana and cut his wood. We went out November 1st and got home last night. We cut, split and stacked in the morning and went sight seeing in the afternoons. We used his saws but I took in checked baggage my ear protection, chainsaw chaps , tongs , pick-a-roon , and files. We split most of it with a maul till the last day a neighbor brought a splitter over and we were able to finish. It was a wonderful trip with my sons and I am glad we were able to go.

Great job walt, Curtis and Chad!!

My wife's son just destroyed his shoulder and arm in an ATV accident and I was over his house doing his fall clean-up this weekend. Of course, he only lives 30 minutes away!

    What a great "vacation" Walt!
I can see where you and your boys benefited as much as your buddies son.
It takes only the smallest of reasons to go to MT anyway!

Sounds like the almost perfect trip. The only thing making it not perfect was the friends injury.

That's awesome right there. I would like to know what was in that TSA agents mind when they looked at the scan of your bag.....

Great job walt and company, you will be well rewarded for your sacrifice and caring for your fellow friend.
Any idea how many cords you processed?
