Before you make a final decision, stop and picture yourself standing on your porch in the middle of the night in just your boxers and calling loudly for your dog that has better things to do than come in the house when you want him to. Trust me, some names are better than others in this situation
We have Gus. A chocolate lab Gusto Or Gusto dustructo Or Buster brown Or Hey buddy Or on more than a rare occasion Dumb azz. He wags his tail at all of them. Last dog was a black lab all needed was Frank or Franky. Miss him!
Doesnt matter what you call him ill be sure to have treats. Always a baggie of them in the truck for the other two pooches i see on a fairly regular basis.
Years back my mom had three cats that were siblings. Cheddar. Tigger and Dina. I called them Booger, Tumer and Skinny.
Our youngest son had 2 cats named Scratch and Sniff. When they had to be outside and call for them, they got funny looks from their neighbors.
LOL!! Awww Our Priest had dog named dammit. It was kind of cute when Sister Barbara said "sit dammit" but the whole thing never sat well with me.
