Oops, sorry. I hurt something by where our achielles tendon are a couple days ago, only thing I can come up with was using my feet to pull my blanket out from under our dog at the edge of the bed when I went to sleep. LOL, who hurts themselves getting comfortable in bed?? I hope it heals soon and doesn't go all the way out.

I think it will be good. Guy (Mannie) from the repair store called today to let me know the screen (S22 Ultra) had not arrived so he ordered another one. He agreed with me that it should not be a problem for them to replace the screen but he only works Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Told him I would follow up with him then so still have hope they will take care of it for me and I do not have to go back to the insurance company. He seems like a standup kind of guy so mind is at ease for now. At least the phone still works okay, just a little buggy but usable.
Did go out and relieve so stress with the 550 today. 5 Nov oak with 550.jpg

Chill is in the air. I think it won't be long before the white stuff is here.

    Well.

Apparently, citrus cleaner and a Scotch-Brite sponge is a little bit too rough on a toilet seat.
I have taken a layer or two of paint off of mine.
Since when did you have to start treating these things like baby bottoms ?

I guess it won't be long until we find out what color the plastic is.

Spent the day outdoors most of the day moving firewood. 99.5 % of the BTU supply is now under the covered porch. Also moved some things around in detached garage and barn to get everything put away before the snow flies. That fresh air and work has me tired out. Cold rain off and on here. But not hard. Watching some football and a little surfing.

    Kids and dense parents :picard:

Since her hospital stay last Spring she was prescribed Clariten and inhaler if needed. This fall---interesting it coincides with her going back to school--- she's sneezing alot again and that darn ugly cough is back and used her inhaler several times during/after gym class. I've been getting resistance when asking if she took the Clariten with different excuses "I don't need it", or "forgets" after I remind her. It's obvious she needs it. Found out yesterday morning she doesn't like the tablet form of Clariten I bought her. She said she can swallow the "liqui-gel" (same idea as a vitamin E pillow pill) better. Duh Mom!

Praying this helps so she can run, bicycle, swim as hard as she wants like she used to.

You know, I could keep them with me and make her take in front of me every day. How humiliating for her but if comes to that I will.

    Plum Crazy/In-Violet.

My dad just got his on the road this summer as well. We did literally everything on the car except paint (we did the bodywork), rechrome the bumpers, and install the side glass (we did the front and back windshield and rebuilt/restored the channels and window mechanisms).

Rain (and maybe some wind) last night really knocked the leaVES out of the trees last night. It would be nice if they all came down at once and only have to deal with them once.

It was raining off and on over the last two days so I decided to burn one pile.
    IMG_4795.jpeg

Then the wind kept changing direction. :picard:

But, everything was soaking wet from the rain. I did call the neighbors and let them know I was doing it. Ground is cleared all around, but usually I like to burn when I know the rain is going to continue. It has burned down good now though. A nice big pile of junk wood and stumps gone. When my next work partner gets here I’ll pick another day with rain and start loading it up again with junk trees and stumps from the next pile over.

With no tractor at the moment, I got several good workouts in loading this up with more junk wood after it burned down. And the cooler air came in quick. Lots of fresh air. I’m exhausted!
