I believe I mowed leaves for the last time yesterday afternoon. The Crimson King maple still has some leaves, but maybe not enough to worry about once they let go.

Ouch. After I had polio, I began spraining ankles, usually on my left side. Sadly, I've had a few dozen of them. Fortunately it has now been about 6 years since the last one.

Looks nice. A bit different from our place. Judy and I always enjoyed the leaf drops so usually let them lay.

Yep, once this is done I will just cancel "Assurance" as I would rather just pay the $350 out of pocket than deal with them again. I will go by the store this afternoon to see why he did not call us yesterday. He admits they are getting paid for the repair so it just makes sense that they still repair it.
I loved it when we were with Sprint, but they got bought out by T-Mobile. I was okay with TM until I decided to upgrade my old Note 8 as it was having trouble with some of the work apps that I use. Was supposed to get an $800 credit but never happened. Fought for 18 months before a rep told me it will never happen at this point so I gave up. I believe part of the problem is trying to deal with "off-shore" and people that English is not their primary language plus there is the greed of large companies. I would change providers, but are any of them any better? Our area is not AT&T or US Cellular friendly and I've had Verizon before.
Hope everyone has a happy and safe Sunday as I plan on working some firewood, even though I should be working on leaves here at the house.

I don't think these large companies care at all about the customer or their reputations, just the money. We have recently added a couple companies to the list that we will never deal with again because of their (lack of) customer service. We've even researched who their parent companies are so as to not patronize them.

Stephanie, does your phone place use simm cards? If so, you can buy a prepaid phone off the shelf at walmart or wherever and switch out the cards. I had an unfortunate few year span that I went through 3 different phones, I was lucky to get used ones from my husbands work that belonged to previous employees, it wasn't hard at all. That said one of the unfortunes in those years was a cracked screen, I was stunned to learn only certain dealers can carry certain replacement screen glass and had to ship mine to one of those dealers. Yes, the did my year Droid's, but couldn't do my exact model Droid. Weird. I hope your up and running again soon :)

Tweaked my back today putting away a box fan. Haven’t done anything strenuous lately. Ibproufen/tiger balm and taking it easy for this week. It’s going to be dark by quitting time anyway.

So is the clock in my car. Not worth it to me to change it twice a year . I know how to add and subtract -plus my phone and watch use network time.
