No clue. All of my yard hydrants are connected to a well. The garden and grass I planted are getting plenty of water. :singingintherain:The house is connected to "city" water. I'd assume that the water company is asking people to cut back on lawn watering etc.

We are dry too, we haven't had a drop of rain in 20 something days at this point. My pastures are starting to dry up. Bought some extra hay......just in case.

    Season 2 officially started today.

My dealer is no longer a dealer so it's been a fiasco trying to get a replacement low water sensor. I emailed HM a few weeks ago, no email back. Called my local dealer last week, still waiting on a call back. There's a pretty active Heatmaster Facebook group. Posting about my issue is probably my next move, they aren't too keen on "bad press" about Heatmaster.

Yep, I can't say I'm too impressed so far either. Heatmaster removed their direct number from their web site but you can still find via it a Google search. :DI called them and complained, they won't ship the part to me directly but said that I should be hearing from the dealer in Mansfield.

I don't see a dealer in Lisbon anymore. I see dealers in Mansfield, Marietta, and the Portsmouth area now. The dealers of these OWB's seems to change like people change underwear. Seems like a broken business model IMHO.

That's interesting, my phone and work computer show the below. I don't see the Portsmouth dealer anymore though, but it shows one now in Oakwood.

Its not just HM, it seems to be a thing with OWB's in general...everybody wants to be a "dealer", very few are dealers like what you would expect to see with a shop and a showroom, parts inventory, etc...
It must be the difference in results from our different zip codes...

Pretty terrible they would rather you wait then ship you the part directly. Hope you get what you need asap!

The local dealer called yesterday afternoon, and I went to the dealers place yesterday to pick the part up because our schedules didn't align up for the rest of the week.

I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease. :D

Cleaned the boiler up last weekend. Final tally for the year was roughly 3.33 cords if I'm counting by totes. It could be a little more or maybe a little less. I do know that two totes I burned early in the year was pretty much half rotten stuff I should have left in the woods. Have a little over a cord of pine on deck for this year. I've never burned pine but my plan is to mix it with the ash I have, and I plan on stretching the pine out over a number of years.

The only problem I ran into this past season was self induced problem. The square air hole between the fan and the 6" double wall pipe started to get plugged up and it caused some gassing issues a few months ago. Once I got it figured out, and cleaned out it ran as great as always. Just need to add that to my mid year maintenance list.
