We had church and Bible study this morning. From 4 to 6 we had 'trunk or treat' at church. We had 7 cars with open trunks and a few tables set up inside for those who didn't want to brave the cold. It was nice seeing young kids with their parents out on a nice cool fall day. The costumes the kids were wearing were really cute.

Down our starting QB to start with, then losing our #1 RB mid game, as well as an offensive weapon, wr and returner, too during the game, didn't help. New regime in Madison, too.

I absolutely would install solar again. My last bill was in February (for January usage) and that was just for $35 and $14 of that is for having a meter. Unless something horrible happens, I have more than enough credits to get me thru until next March - despite it being a lousy summer/fall for sunshine.

I actually would have changed one thing at the install if I could go back. I would have added a couple of panels, not hooked into the system itself, as a method of charging small, portable battery backups without using the grid tied system. But at the time of install, I didn't have any of those, nor was I looking at them (that was before the 3-day power outage last winter). I certainly do NOT regret not getting a whole house battery backup system that would have cost more than my entire set up.

Hey. the Browns are pretty impressive...it can't be easy to blow your lead in the last minutes of the game the way they tend to do! :hair:

So it's raining pretty hard and I'm being really lazy. Hunting around in my Youtube vids for an older video I had of my AS, I came across this one instead. It was an open house extravaganza at Woodstock Soapstone Co. in Lebanon NH. The stove in this pic hadn't been productized yet, so this was an early coming-out party so-to-speak for the Absolute Steel. I put this online 11/7/2015, so it was taken most likely a day or two earlier. The burgers were good but the friendship was better.

See anyone you know? Just thought some of you would get a kick out of it. RIP Judy, you are missed by all of us.

Just got back from daughter’s soccer Section 10 Championship game. They won 2-0. Next game is Divisional on Saturday. They awarded our daughter with a Defensive All Northern. Very Proud of her and the whole team.

Well, you could use an upright, but that would be not just work, but a workout.

I'm a fan of the game and those are real reasons.;)

I haven't had to do that until this year, with GB. Both the Badgers and GB have been excellent. The badgers and GB are rebuilding in different ways.

Ask a Vikings fan on how it feels to lose their starting QB due to injury.

BTW, I've never caught what NFL team you like, you've been quiet about that.

Will that be stained or just varnished? Either way will be awesome with those wood grains.
