    Made a big ol batch of medium salsa, got it hanging out over night to can in the morning! Look at all the juice I've gotten off of it! That stuff will get you going!

    Yeah, our canner was the only thing big enough to mix it all together in. Stayed in long enough for the photo before going back into our three largest bowls.

    10-4, stay away from cooking any tomato based product in aluminum the acids will react w/ AL and give an off metallic flavor
