sorry Zac. Not my intent of course. During the armer weather wood around here gets "moldy" so i like to get it under cover asap. A couple weeks with covid didnt help my situation.

You get some nice straight softwoods in your area. They must make some nice splits, no?

The last of the nice splits moved and stacked to the shed. 75% full (roughly six cords) and i still have the smaller logs to process. IMG_4159.JPG IMG_4160.JPG IMG_4161.JPG IMG_4162.JPG Need to score more bundle quality wood.

    Thanks Jason.

Ive started pulling splits for bundles from the old sagging part (not part of the build, not in the last picture) from it and will tear it down and build a new bay same size as the other two. Back part of the roof is a lot lower and i hit my noggin a couple times already while pulling wood. :headbang:

Have the cherry smalls to process and some will come here too. May have lined up another score with more bundle wood. Will know more tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

A rack right next to the splits emptied Sunday with a sale. Filled it up after work tonight. IMG_4176.JPG
IMG_4178.JPG Maybe 1/4 cord yet to stack in another empty rack plus the smalls to process.

Moved the rest of the sugar maple home so all the split wood will be stacked. Not quite a face cord. Half cord rack opened up with a sale today. IMG_4217.JPG IMG_4216.JPG Have yet to process the cherry smalls.

The only wood left was the smalls in length. Bucked those up with the 201t this afternoon. IMG_4307.JPG Lots of shorts and nuggets a common by product of tree service cutting.:picard: IMG_4308.JPG

Sold a half cord of cherry yesterday so a rack opened up. Might as well put cherry back in there. Stacked the rest of the B grade splits from this score.

Rest of the cherry from my I Must've Pleased the Wood Gods...Again. score should top it off. Some splits from that score got stacked in there as well. Rack is 4' wide and will stack 6' tall, double row. One of my space saver ideas. IMG_4350.JPG Split a bunch of the shorts too. Lots from this score. IMG_4351.JPG

There sure was a lot of cherry nuggets generated from the score. I never made a sixth trip back for any of the katsura as i was out of room at storage, but im content with the five loads i cut there.

You serious about the cherry? I did make several heartwood splits last week. Put aside for you. Hickory i have to dig through the stacks in back.

I have some cherry now , I still have to get out back and see what else is there. Just not enough hours in the day.
I'll let you know when I figure out what's actually there. I know there was some Mullberry as well.

Hickory is one I do not have but don't go tearing the stacks apart.
