I did get a chance last night to put the 3 point dog and 12" b/c back on. It's a peppy little saw, cut a few pieces of 6-8" dry pecan...she's hungry...
We've got a roll of 3/8LP full chisel Archer chain I'm gonna try. I've got some on the MS180, should be sweet.

    I'll get a video when I do.

I just put a West Coast Saws three point dog on my 241, the one that I'll never sell to BuzzsawBrad, that 241... anyway, I like it enough I might get one for the 2511 as well.

It works great on the 2511, didn't chatter in that pecan.
That's where we got the dog from.

Looks like that saw spits just as many chips forward as it does out the bottom/back! It’s rippin’. :dex:

Yep, chip chute is kinda small and points straight down. It's sweet.

They need to make a big west coat style side cover to evacuate all the extra chips the XS 2511 saws make.

Just put a fresh link of that same chain on my 2511 yesterday. Works just fine, but I’m sure yours will work gooder with them extra sausages inside!

I did those 4 cuts in minute or less.
Time yours on a 10" log and see how it does.
Miz Carol said I should have done a before video...I may have one...
