Controversy in the Wild West home tonight. We took our Honeymoon late, Cozumel 2000. Did a guided horse ride through the jungle. We were in our bathing suits so WWW was very uncomfortable. Tonight he swears to me with wide eyes that he was on a burro that did not have a real saddle. Who's right?
I don't believe him Maybe the pain from his privates distorted his memory? They were small horses, but not burro's. LOL, Two Mules for Sister Sarah.
Friday night on one of my town's FB pages (not an official page), was the following: Well, with the ramp no longer there, I need something between the bottom of the stairs to the fence gate to withstand the rain/snow coming off the roof as well as to even it out somewhat for snowblowing. Yesterday I made 7-8 trips to load up five 40# cat litter buckets (that is all I have empty - I was actually going to throw them out but knew they'd come in handy). The gravel/sand/dust was wet from rain, so I'd bet each bucket weighed 50-60# when filled. So, I shoveled gravel, lifted the buckets into the Explorer, lifted them out and carried them to where they were emptied. I got just a little exercise Now I need to get more today to cover the ground under the porch area. Note that this is probably not a permanent solution for between the stairs and the gate - but it will get me thru this winter - AND IT WAS FREE
Ouch. You should be able to get that fixed quick. Let me know if there is a holdup on it. I had that happen several years ago and 2 days later I had it fixed and was out there hunting. Good luck.
Hey, that is his memory and his junk. So he is right to recall the event as he sees it just as you are to your memories. You both recount the event so...................... Right!
I really don't know. An old acquaintance from HS took the picture and shared it with me on FB. I haven't traveled more than just a few miles from home. I now try to avoid going out any more than I need to.
