I like it. Could be a contender for an old man saw for me in a few years when I can't start the hot rods. Lol. I'll put them in a glass case to look at.

I looked on Redmax website and dont list chainsaws anymore. So do you think when the dealers sell out their stock, there will be no more?

I'm pretty sure thats exactly what's happening. Nice thing is for the 4350 is the 543 parts are identical if needing anything. Same with the model you mentioned.

    Probably.
My brother has a pretty bad case of cedar poisoning from sawing western red cedar in the PNW.
I've been exposed to it for over 30 years without issue.... other than extra snot sometimes.
When it's really bad is when you're working with dry stuff because the dust is super fine and of course lighter, so it fills the air and you end up breathing in gobs of it.
Immune system is a big factor, my brother has a poorer system while I have been blessed with a good immune system.
Bottom line is, yes cedar is poisonous and a person should be cautious.

Made a few cookies with the redmax this afternoon.....it's feeling pretty good to me
Definitely more vibes than the 241, but not horrible.
I'm scheduled to ship a saw off for porting next week, now I'm wondering which one, a 241 or the redmax...or possibly my cs620p.....:sherlock:

I don't think you will be unhappy with any of those getting ported.

Somebody mentioned stuff about the carb adjustment screws on these saws, does it require a special tool? it so, how to obtain said tool?
They are the same on the echo cs4010, and on that saw I only get about 1/2 turn of adjustment.
On the echo they don't have conventional limiters on em, but seem to be encased in a pot metal shroud like substance.

Anyone know anything about the gz360? I saw it when looking at the 4350. The only information I can find is it supposedly same as Husqvarna 439. But can't find any info from someone that has one.

I was told you can use a splined carb tool and that's what I do. It pushes the metal collars back allowing full rotation of the needles. Or, push the collars in with a pick and screw them all the way out and remove them. I got a carb tool kit from Amazon that has all the various styles.

It looks identical to the Husqvarna 439. I read somewhere a while back that the 439 is made by RedMax.

That's what I've read too but I can't find any real reviews on either one.

I've never heard anything good about the 439 husky, I wonder if it's made in Japan?

Btw.... I pulled the top cover off the redmax today, never have I experienced one that is so difficult to remove....over engineered imo.

They are made in Japan. What makes the top cover so hard to remove?

Maybe just stupidity on my part.... but the black collar around the adjustment screws seems to have to be pulled out before the cover will come off.
I ended up taking the carb off to get the job done.

You mean the entire top cover? Yeah, I removed the 543 top cover. Kinda of a pain.
