Well I understand that when you get older it takes longer to do everything including healing from an injury.

I can't remember what brand I ordered just that they were large to fit the big footed Bear's shoes, and will see if they also fit the boots. If they don't fit the boots I'll order the extra large size.

If this helps at all, I found some bathtub grab bars on sale at Home Depot that I ordered via internet. He installed them on steps to our garage that was our main egress. They worked well for me til we sold the house.

Will, I can see you had a total tear out. So now you get to put it back together. This time without the worry of water on the floor. I've repace my flooring three times covering the cement. In any area with traffic, the carpet has always been a problem. So now I put vinly tiles down, then an area carpet in the center. I'm on my 4 the area carpet. They get to have an odor and out they go. Get them on sale at Lowes, close outs etc. if I had it to do over again, I would put down real tiles. I did that where the stove is. It was really easy. Never an issue cleaning up. Cost as a DIY project is less than most everthing else.

If it was 45 and raining here, I'd be burning too.

Dang, If it gets much colder here. Dis wimp will be burning too. I don't think it will be the wifey asking either!

Windows closed and we baked pizza's to warm the shack tonight. Already down to 59 and supposed to be in the low 40's. High of low 60's tomorrow probably won't warm the shack up much ifn we don't get much sun!

I have that in my foyer. Mine has the over lapping side sticky strip. I think the newer ones lock together. Mine looks like the day I put it down and that has been over 5 yrs.
it doesn't mind water one bit, and leans right up with a damp mop. Mine is in a heavy traffic area. Shows no worn areas. Very easy install if you can get up and down easily.

I have you guys to thank for my picking out that stove. That and the fact that Rocky's Stove shop has the best reputation in the area. I wanted heat. I wanted a stove that wasn't picky about what it was fed. So once I got my butt in gear, it happened in one week. Not the best looking stove, but a solid performer.
I'm betting smokes stove does a fine job. Seems to be a lot of them in use.

Left the window open last night and woke up to a 64 degree house. I said to my wife "we need to start shutting the windows at night". She goes " why, it's nice"!! I guess being 7 months pregnant has screwed up her thermostat
