We got new neighbors and although they don't have a stove or fireplace, they like to burn wood when they go camping so I brought then a wheelbarrow full of shorties from the elm I'm trimming.

Nothing like firewood for a house warming gift I say!

I see what you did there.
Gooder on ya' for that. Good neighbor.:fire:
I would have gone over to our new neighbor's place when she moved in, but thought it might not go over too well with the wife.

That's funny I was invited to a party where I have been invited before, and enjoyed the fire pit, so I loaded a tub of wood to take with me, and I find out they had a gas fire pit thing installed and I gave them hell :D

Sounds like a great house warming gift and I'm sure they think so too.

The lady of the house did seem pretty happy when she saw the wheelbarrow and note sitting in there driveway.

That is probably one of the best tests of character. If they like it, you know they see the value in it and are probably pretty thrifty and down to earth. But if they dont like it, you know they are evil and should probably be avoided. Pretty simple really! Nice work!

Without pics of the gal who moved in there Dave... it's hard to grasp why the wife would have issues. Yep... gonna need some pics...
