Good morning ya'll. Hope yall have a SUPER SATURDAY. 57° this morning, mid 80's for the high. 1st night down, going to drop a water oak for a friend and get the wood. Then nap time.
If I'm on 7PM-7AM shift and get 4 hrs sleep, I'm lucky, 7AM-7PM shift and days off, I get about 6 maybe.
    Be kind, be encouraging...

    Good morning y'all.

    66/87

Planning to edge a bunch more cedar this morning, then work on our cow milking area in the barn.

I seem to require more sleep than most.... preferably 8 hours, but I range anywhere from 5 to 9+
I honestly can't understand how folks can go for decades on less than 5 hours a night...... I'd be one grouchy son of a bugger if I had to live that way.

They are like a crepe but have more butter in them. I think it is more of a marketing thing as the owner of the food truck is Swedish and I think his wife is Norwegian. No yeast or baking powder in them.

Edit: Thanks Erik B I will have to look up the recipe

Morning all. Yesterday was calm, sunny and warm. Today is starting off calm but I think by tonight we will probably have rain. Big storm predicted for Sunday night.

Peter couldn't get comfortable on the cold, hard and dirty floor of the prison. It didn't help that he was chained to two soldiers and others were present to complete the guarding. Peter was uncomfortable physically but mentally he was at peace. Most of us would be ruminating on the previous hours and worried about the next day's events but Peter knew God knew where he was and his church family were praying for him. Sure enough, those prayers were answered and an angel came to release Peter from prison. God always answers prayers. Not always in the way we think they should be answered, but he hears our prayers and provides the best answers for us.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8: 28

    Happy Sabbath, everyone

    Good morning everyone!
I mentioned yesterday that there was no rain in the forecast for the next week or so. Take a wild guess what's going on outside right now.

Good morning, ya'll. Hope ya'll have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. 57° this morning, about the same as yesterday. Hope to make it to church today, then nap time again.
We did get the oak down and cleaned up, it was a bushy tree, not much room to drop. 20230923_093318.jpg
A few limbs hit the fence, but no damage, the goats like the oak leaves treat 20230923_095340.jpg

    Good morning, members.

Coffee is tasting good this morning. :coffee:

Showery day ahead. Overcast low 60's. I'll probably light off the wood stove. We had a small fire for most of the day, yesterday.

Football this afternoon. I'll probably cook up blueberry pancakes for lunch. Breakfast Sausage and maple syrup.

    Be safe
    Be healthy
