They did again last night by beating the Texas Rangers. Just have to find someone to beat on the Mariners.

 

Morning all. Dark outside this morning. I don't know what the forecast is for. I have been too busy to keep track. Cleared up a bit with scattered showers yesterday. Cold though. Really feeling the dampness after such a dry summer. My brother managed between showers to get two coats of paint on Mom's deck. I can't wait to see it. He replaced all the railings in the spring which made the deck look really old.

Off to work again this morning. As I said yesterday, one piece of paper at a time.

Sawdust Man that barn is looking great. Recycled and repurposed even better.
T.Jeff Veal sounds like you have lots planned for a couple days off. Have fun while you do it.

A late Good Morning to all. Great sunny morning and cool enough to know the furnace may need to be on overnight now. Blessed with a beautiful week while the wife is away.

A nice day ahead. Like theburtman states, several nice days in a row. Low 70's later, clear and low humidity.

I lit off the wood stove this morning. I left windows open overnight and it got to 64⁰ indoors. There's always a smell with the 1st lightning. Burning off summer, I guess. Just a short, small fire.

I hope to do a bit of splitting this morning. Then, out for lunch with a friend.

Good morning. Up way early but it’s a quiet morning. Not sure what is on the agenda, but it is another beautiful day.

Good morning! 59F and sunny, rumored to make it to 80 today. I got a little cutting and splitting done before the rain moved in last night. My father-in-law called for the skid steer last night, needing it before 5:00 pm today so I'm taking off work for a while to get it to him. Firewood production will slow to a crawl for a while until it returns. United flag football away tonight so it will be a late one. Have a God day!

 

Morning all. Dark and overcast out there this morning. We got rain yesterday. Hopefully this all clears off soon. I know we need it but I miss the sunshine. It was probably the sunniest summer we have had in a long time. Time to start wearing coats and sweaters.

Goood afternoon, y'all. Hope y'all are having a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. Got busy this morning, had to get new shoes for the front of the tractor...didn't have time yesterday after brush hogging 3 different jobs.

3rd place was the big yard we keep cut. Had to mow between the tall pines around their yard and field of planted pines...wraps all around their house

Morning all. Dark and overcast yesterday turned out to be sunny and fairly warm. Grass didn't dry soon enough so hopefully today I can get the grass cut after work. I think it will be nice today and Friday again.
Got a lot of bookkeeping done last night before and after prayer meeting. Our prayer meetings are held by Zoom so we don't have 2 hours traveling time on top of it. Allows our really out of town church family to attend.

Sawdust Man the barn looks good. It will last a few more years. that fried ice cream looks pretty good.

One more nice day before some showers tomorrow. We should be hitting 70⁰ with low humidity.

I'm taking dad to a pulmonary Dr this morning. There's fluid around his lung that's needed to be drained. A procedure he underwent a couple of years ago. I'll be less stressed once it's complete.
