I'm contemplating moving the honey locust to that spot after I have both rows moved. Still a bunch to go before that happens.

Yup. Me too. Time to start filling the shed. Didn’t have much time today but I decided just to start— however small. If I just do a little here and a little there whenever I get an extra 20 minutes I can get it done hopefully in a few weeks. This is the earliest I’ve ever started so I have time still. It wasn’t much today but ya gotta start somewhere…

Also, at least around me, treadmills are available for free all the time. And why stop at one? Get a whole line of them!

Update: five free right now within 10 miles on CL!

Storage of treadmills is an issue for me. We recently sold a really large one for really cheap to get it gone. That thing was heavy as heck and very cumbersome to move around. I did consider it for firewood use but ruled it out.

I filled up my 2 wood boxes in the garage with shoulder wood. That will be the first stuff I will be burning.

Wish I had some shoulder wood. All I have is the primo stuff right now. 5 cord of red oak, 2.5 cords of honey locust, 1-1.5 of black locust and about 14 of chestnut oak.

Looks great, buddy! I wish I had room for inside storage. But I just don’t. I keep virtually all of my firewood outside. It’s frequently buried in 2+ feet of snow. But, sometimes I find the struggle oddly satisfying for some reason.

Do you have a spot you could build a shed?

Yes. I have multiple acres to build a shed. It’s on my list. Just too busy right now. I wish I would have built a shed or two before I had kids. But soon, maybe they can help me put one up!
