Not 100% in line with this thread, but close enough. It's all Yellow Birch, which I don't recall ever burning, so looking forward to it.
Yah, it's funny... prior to getting the stove in January, I didn't care what I burned, as long as it burned. Now that I'm capturing and using those BTUs instead of dumping them out the chimney, I've become super conscious about what I'm getting. I like it!
Looks like a good wood hauler. Even gooder full of wood. May it serve you well and bring endless cords to your stacks. Is it strickly for wood hauling Rickyblazin?
Nice load and truck! You need to do some custom bashing on the tailgate though. Perhaps there are some here that can give you some advice!?
Regular half cord customer who didnt order any wood with the mild Winter we had called for a load. I was able to get it out and stacked today. He got some blocks and 2x4's for a new rack.. Wood is dead ash and dead red maple i cut late last Winter.
and i didnt even wipe the splits with disinfectant towelettes! Thanks for the kind words my friend. I wasnt going to crib stack as i usually just taper the stacks both ways and he tarps it. I realized there was enough decent splits to crib so i did. Eye appealing stacks as i like to call them.
My regular one cord BL customer wanted more so another half cord went today. Same customer from post #5784 above. All barkless CSS two years ago. Another half cord to go soon. 5x10' 1/2 cord stack i loaded. I need to be more religious about top covering. One task i dont often complete.
Just a jag of some roughly 25y/o Osage And the assistants having a nap & monopolizing the seat in the process.
