I tell ya, I'm beginning to think that the black lab is a little too curious for his own good.

Tonight, I was emptying a gas jug into the mini truck. The dog must have heard the vented jug glug glug glug and came running over to investigate the new to him sound.

Well, he unintentionally (I think) bumped the gas jug causing me to spill some onto the concrete parking lot. Before I could put the jug down and grab him, he bent over, gave a sniff or two and started lapping up the freshly spilled gas that had formed a small puddle.

I yelled "No!" and he took off running and yipping like he was hurt .

One lap and then another around the garage. Pieces of sod were flying up behind him when he was on the lawn and I swear when he crossed the concrete portion of the garage apron, I cold smell toenails burning as I heard them clicking the concrete.

I couldn't even begin to think of how I would catch him he was so fast.

But then as quick as it began, it ended when he ran full speed into the closed door of the two stall garage.

BAM! was the loud sound and he staggered for a brief moment and then fell onto the pavement.

99 came running out of the house after witnessing almost all of it as we both stood over his motionless body wondering what to do.

Is he okay? If so lol on ingesting dumb things. My family left at 5:30 3 mornings in a row, our dog was licking a pillow this morning when it was just us in bed, near my head so it was loud. Eons ago I found my old German Shepard X licking sand paper I'd brought home. Silly goofs!

Might not be a bad idea to induce vomiting.

    edit:

(Sorry, I hit the pst button)

Other than a twitch or two every now and then, he wasn't moving at all.

99 looked at me as asked "Is he dead?"

"Nope" I consoled her, "He just ran out of gas"

That's what you get for running him on "HI TEST" gas. Did it knock some sense into him? Seriously though, I hope he is alright.

Wow, I see there a still some gullable members here.

In that case, I guess this is as good of a time as any to post this.

I am looking for a compact tractor. Funds are tight at the time. I'm waiting for a friend to show up and help out but don't know when that will be.

I have seen some tractors out east but have no way of getting one of them here. Is there anyone here that can get this for me?

I would need a front end loader; mid mount mower; front end snow blower; 3rd function valve; backhoe; and might as well throw in a 3 point hitch and back blade. Oh yeah, almost forgot. Heated and cooled cab with mirrors, wipers, defrosters, radio. The tires should be hybrids with a set of chains.

I don't want any junk.....like a used one that is "worn out and no good". We all know how that works out.

If you come through on this, I will promise to keep hitting you up until the entire forum finally figures it out that I would rather get stuff for free relying on the kindness of others that I can take advantage of instead of actually having a job and contributing to society. Sound familiar?

You been visiting the kangaroo state lately? Just back from vacation maybe? Maybe if you check under the bonnet on a used one and inspect the tyres really good you’ll find that the rearend is fixable just need to get someone to pick up a replacement for you. Don’t forget to extend the stack so the exhaust isn’t blowing in your face!

Well I deed the paperwork today.

I’m officially hired and the first day of work is Wednesday after Labor Day.

boss said he’s going to have me start in a skidsteer with a forestry mulcher.

guess I need to show my skills and what I’ve learned over the years now.

just an example of what he’s been telling me I’ll be doing.
