Mmmm… I’m thinking wires that are showing are not a good thing… The Kid’s GF had a flat last night…

That’s a scarily worn tire! Make sure you check the other three.

They all look good...Like really decent tread... "supposedly" this tire was replaced like 10K ago, I cant remember what she said but it was damaged. So they replaced it... Its a front steering tire on rear drive car... I cant fathom a new tire 10K ago being in this stage... I'm wondering if they had bought a used tire instead and she just didn't know? Is this even possible?

Yea... But whats you going to do... Had a little talk about if something doesn't look like the others... there may be a issue and tires are not something you want to mess with... Oh yea I'm glad I took cardboard to rest the knees on the asphalt... The stand sank into it... :D.. it was 96F and 118F while this was being done.. :dennis:
I just talked to him and he said it was riding much better...

That pretzel on the floor used to be a tarp system for a triaxle.

Gotcha! I was thinking it was for a boat top, but seeing the equipment in the lot, tire balancer, wheels/tires in the background, I wasn’t getting a vibe for a marine repair shop!
