IT'S RAINING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Only in the 80's today with a bit of clouds. Tuesday thru Thursday will have highs in the upper 90's with high humidity. Heat index of 112 is predicted. This coming weekend is going to be more normal but no rain to speak of in the forecast.

 

Morning all. Overcast this morning but it should burn off. Clothes really get dry on the outside line these days. Shadow and I went for a walk and it was perfect temps for it. around 55 F. I don't think we will get much warmer than 65 F today.
Blue Jays won yesterday - yeah! Our favourite CFL team lost. They beat themselves with penalties. Hard to believe they are the second best team in the league. I got caught up on all my personal bookkeeping while watching two baseball and a football game. I just love remote access to my computer.
Working on the library project today and get some sewing in. I have a RV cover to fix before we put it back on the RV. I need lots of space to do it so I may just take it to my worksite and find an empty room to work in.

Good morning, members.

We had a weak line of showers late yesterday. It brought cooler temps and lower dewpts in the mid-50's. Nice day ahead.

We have a plumber coming this morning to install a particulate filter. We've been getting fine grit for awhile and hopefully this will be an acceptable resolution.

Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. 73° this morning, forecast from 98°. Going to clean up some white oak a tree service took down for a friend. Packing the cooler full this morning.
Update on Miz Carol, tests showed nothing of concern, PRAISE GOD.

.......if it wasn't so stinking humid..... our house windows are all fogged up on the outside this morning....that's something I had never seen before moving here.

Good morning! 69F and sunny, getting hotter as the week goes. Got most of the back yard mowed last night. I need to visit with several neighbors this week to provide notice to a zoning meeting where I'm requesting an exception to have a home-based business (my firewood stand). Turns out I can't sell wood not grown on my property (I have 5 acres in the country). No wood production until at least Friday night due to ridiculous heat. Have a God day!

 

Morning all. I hate to tell you all how nice it has been here. Yesterday we had no wind so the temps got to 70F Overcast again today but it should clear off. Made a good start on repairing the RV cover. I have to get up on top of it today and see what I can put pool noodles around to eliminate the rubbing and catching of edges. There is a round thing with rubber coated antennas coming out of it that I think is part of the problem. Have I ever mentioned I hate heights?

I have been asked to go into work a day early. I am still debating that one. It shortens up my last week of holidays. We will see.
