    Decent start to the day. 60⁰ and low humidity. 80⁰ later with a return of smoky haze.

    I hope to get in a walk this morning. Not sure about the rest of the day.

    Good Morning... :coffee: ... We hot yesterday... :dennis: ... I finished up the smoke of the two Boston Butts under the canopy to keep the solar rays from playing with the temps... We had 101 Heat Index of 117 ... Today is suppose to be a repeat...

    Worse than nasty. Looks like we will get a hint of that. 88 forecast for today then cooler but Thursday they seem to think we'll see 90. :bug:

    Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. 72° heading for mid 90's. Cooking my hunny a little breakfast, then going to church. Nap time afterwards, got to work 7PM-7AM shift, covering a guy's vacation day.

    Morning all. Overcast this morning that we expect will burn off. I hate to post our expected high temps of maybe 70F after hearing what some of you are getting through the day. Definitely cooler than last week. This is the longest summer weather we have enjoyed in a long time. A bit of rain here and there but mostly sunshine since the first weeks of June. We also are escaping the smoke and wildfires that the rest of the province has been hit with. All and in all, the best place in the province to be in is right here.

    Bookkeeping, watching the Blue Jays win!, and some sewing today. This is the last week of holidays before going back to work. This should also be the last day of my cold and cough. I think I am better and then I have a coughing fit, sneeze or my ears get plugged up when I blow my nose. Gross.

    MikeInMa I am glad your Dad's birthday party went well. So nice to have a joyous occasion to gather together as a family.
    T.Jeff Veal I enjoyed the pictures of the sign's tour of the wood yard.
    Sawdust Man That cedar colour is sure distinct looking. We don't have anything like that out here.
    Backwoods Savage I sure hope your temps stay cooler. Fall is coming. My favourite time of year.
    Chvymn99 I can't imagine being able to do anything in those kinds of temperatures.
