    FBM score.

MASSIVE Red Oak. 42'' at the base, 36'' on the trunk where I was sawing. Shoulda brought the bigger bar.

Split the rounds it into quarters to get em in my truck, and still struggled. But still worth it, some good BTUs in a few years.

Nice saw! That 400 is earning its keep. Nice load of wood too. Post a thread in the other section. Well worthy of it.

Alas, I didn't get good pictures and couldn't justify such a thing.

The kid I got it from dropped this tree with an 18'' bar between his two houses with 10' to work with. He tried to get a tree company, but couldn't afford their exorbitant prices ($5k!), so said F it, I'm doing it myself! And he did! Shot the gap perfectly and put that sucker down right where he wanted. Good for him.
So he had a lot of wood to give out, and I was lucky enough to get a bit.... and meet a go-getter kid (with ballz of steel). :D
