Your average is over triple our high! :emptywallet:
Thats with a family of 4, a HPWH (heat pump water heater, read: electric) and a wood furnace blower that runs dang near nonstop in the winter. We can get down to $60 some months, $90 is about the high...VERY rarely $100...but that's also with being on "public power"...a community owned non profit power plant and self operated/maintained grid (they do buy a lot of power from the state/national grid though too, but at wholesale prices, which are passed on)
I think the last I looked we were still at less than $0.12/kWh, all in.

That's great. We're on EMC, member owned...lol...we usually have a credit by the time AC season rolls in. We're on levelized billing, evens out the summer spikes with the winter lows.

Pfft, I try to pay $250 year round so my budget isn't shocked during the winter. And no A/C for the summer.

I can't believe how many years they had that frame rust problem. My brother in law and nephew both have Tacos with Toyota replaced frames. It happens in the first generation tundras too. Bad steel from the supplier...... change suppliers then.

Ya gotta give them credit for replacing those frames though. What a job that must have been!

I remember one application for a state job I had filled out that asked something like "do you think workplace meeting are beneficial or just a waste of time"

..........a waste of time! Kinda like using a question like that on a job application! :rofl:  Tell the governor I said hi!!! :picard:

Exactly. My B.I.L. said they only charged him for the new shocks as they weren't part of the frame warranty. He wanted the new shocks while it was being done. They replaced the leaf springs as well under warranty. Now my buddy Eddie had a 90's Toyota truck, they bought it back. Not worth the cost of labor for a new frame they said. He was bummed out as he loved the truck. They let him keep the grill and light assembly and its in his garage wall lol.
