I would figure no heated drying cycle.
Pssst"......dishwasher also great for washing parts. NO I don’t do this at home but we do have one at work for just this.
    Works great,

Agree with everyone! I do this crap all the time and my kids have picked up the habit. Thoroughly let it dry and all will be well in the land !

Few months ago mounted the electric splitter onto a cart to make it easier to haul in and out of the garage.
Dragged it up into the back yard to take advantage of my wife and kids visiting her parents.

Turns out I’ll be doing none of that for the time being.

Well you’ve already proven water doesn’t bother the splitter…

    What’s the issue?….

[Joking aside, I don't touch my firearms, chainsaws, axes/mauls, or motorcycle if I've opened a beer.]

However.... I do crack one open the very second I'm done splitting for the day. Real pain in the butt this summer- almost every other time I got set to do some splitting either daycare was cancelled, the rains came or on one day in particular my wife's car died and the ol' monkey wrench of life got thrown in the works.
I digress, no use in complaining, just hoping I can get a nice cool day to get some progress on the stacks. I'm still ahead for the next two years, but behind on my own personal calendar if that makes any sense.

    Makes perfect sense.

I had hoped to do more at the farm and all, but life’s ability to warp your plans has done things as usual.
