Files are relatively inexpensive. Good lighting and clean glasses are a big help too... A touch up with a file while the chain is still on the saw doesn't take much longer than hitting it with a round file. After converting a few chains, the muscle memory (touch) gets dialed in and it gets quick and easy. I'll NEVER go back to round filed unless my eyes get to the point I can't see well enough. I'd be scared at that point if I was aiming for a log or my leg...

    CHAPS ON, Batman!

And I don't cut much. Don't burn it for heat. Don't sell it. Don't work with a saw. Basically property maintenance on our 20 acres and back yard camp fire wood. I look for things to cut. I help my brother in law quite a bit just to get my saw running fix. Lol.

Yep. Then when I die and my wife tosses it in the dumpster along with the others some trash man will be happy.

The ole tailgate looks better and better every day Brad! When you move on to your next truck, you need to keep the old tailgate and hang it somewhere with the FHC logo on it:thumbs:

Heck yeah man. Just imagine if you put that one on a different truck it might last as long as old whitey.

Yup. Halloween itll be five years that ive owned it...2008. Hoping to get a couple more years out of it. Old fleet vehicle so well maintained. Other than a couple starters no issues ive had.

Being that it's a white Ford it will probably last forever! Lol. I'm going to mine going this winter. I decided to change motors and once I got it installed I just got kinda busy with other things. facebook_1670170851511_7005204283179495323(1).jpg
