Ribs look good Chaz! If they were too fall of the bone for ya try 2-2-1 next time. I don't wrap ribs anymore but with baby backs that method seemed to work great. With spares or st Louis i would use 3-2-1. Great bark on that brisket skeet! And that chicken looks awesome. Those veggies look great MikeInMa I picked up another dirty old weber today. I really only grabbed it for the accessories it came with. For $125 I got probably $200 worth of stuff plus a $250 master touch . Got some st louis ribs on the pitboss at the moment. Too stormy to use the weber. Pics coming soon.

Ribs turned out ok. They weren't very meaty and definitely not my best. I sauced them for the last 20mins but the sugar burnt a little more than I'd hoped. They're not as black as they look in the pic .
Had a first happen while I was eating these. There was a small shard of bone that I somehow bit down on. That sucker stuck right in the roof of my mouth and broke off . I could just feel the tip of it but couldn't get it out myself. The Mrs had to dig it out with tweezers. That was not pleasant lol.
