I wouldn't see any reason that they couldn't as long as they wouldn't be disturbing people on the range or running into anything.

There is that big field between the clubhouse and the range that they could run them in.

Glad that you liked it, that is some good stuff!

Maybe you'll just have to make a few GTG'S through the year where you have to pass through this neck of the woods to get some apple sausage on your way back home......

Walt's is in October and I am sure you'll be out of the sausage by then. Just a thought.

In Michigan, EV and hybrid owners pay a higher registration fee over gas / diesel vehicles. Not sure what they blow it on because our roads are still garbage despite someones promise to fix that d@mn roads ...

Some excitement going on here. The Sturgeon have come up from the Atlantic and into a small stream in town. They are here to spawn. There are hundreds of them. Huge fish 3ft and up to as much as 10. They are very primitive-looking fish. Left over from times long gone. Very rare to see them in such numbers. The stream is right in town with a couple of bridges to observe them from. The Kennebec River used to be polluted just like a sewer. Lots of money and effort put into cleaning it up. Now is a place for excellent fishing. Just watch the bald eagles fishing! The sturgeon are protected, but there are lots of other fish, like stripers. The Kennebec River is tidewater. The stream is named Cobbosseecontee, an Indian name for "where the sturgeon spawn" The Kennebec is also an Indian name from a band of Abenaki Native Americans. The interpretation is "bay". The Kennebec empties into the Atlantic.

It's really easy to charge by the kwh if you are charging at home. The new meters and computer equipment can identify what is turning on and off in your home, when, and for how long. Nothing pulls like a car charger.
They're not in any rush to introduce another reason for people to not switch to electric vehicles. But as soon as enough have all bets are off. It will be a "fair share" tax.

Finally got my PA toll bill in the mail on Friday...$14.40, and we were only on the TP for a few miles! (didn't realize that was the way we were headed until it was too late, and then it took a minute to be able to get back off)

Wow. Toll by plate is more than double EZ Pass.
I've put off getting EZ Pass here in Ma as I only go thru one toll going to the airport in Boston and the Toll By Plate isn't too bad for that. Toll By Plate is only, like, a dollar extra. (as long as you pay it quick). Plus, I don't do the run to the airport very often any more.

$37 to come clear across the state is a lot better deal than $14.40 to go a couple exits down (1 or 2, twice)
But I agree...these tolls were supposed to go away after the road was paid for, not GO UP! :hair:

I'm down with that, if anyone else is interested. We will cobble up a date to do so iffn yinz fellers want! Can do it at my house again and/or somewhere else. Just lemme know.

You thinking this is open to the public?
If I could afford the tolls I might be up for it.

It'd be a hike for you, friend, but you're more than welcome to come to it! Anyone here who'd be interested would be invited. It'd just be a meet-up/eating, probably no saw activities but ya just never know. It'd most likely be a day event, possibly Saturday into Sunday if folks wanted to stay at a nearby hotel.
