    Trying to get these strips on the grill but we're in a bit of a rain delay. It's coming down in buckets at the moment :hair:. One regret I have from the addition is not extending the roof over the deck. Mrs piney said it would block too much of the sky :confused:. Well here we are waiting for dinner because she wanted to see the sky :rofl: :lol:.

    The rain finally let up and I put the dirty old weber to work. Served with a side of linguini salad.

    Side note: kinders prime steak seasoning is awesome! Found my new favorite other than spg.

    Not sure on the exact time. Cooked them indirect until an IT of 120ish, then seared them over the coals for about 1-2mins per side and pulled them at 130⁰
