Thanks for the map, looks like the air will be bad tomorrow at a certain time in our area.

So what's going on with this up there? Hear very little about it on the news here in the states...at least not on the radio, or the little bit of tv news I see.
Sure seems like as long as this has been going on that it would either be kinda burnt out by now, or they be able to have it contained/controlled enough that it wouldn't be affecting air quality so greatly so far away. Any input Eckie ?

This is the view of Pittsburgh looking at the ballpark. From the 22nd floor of a new building going in. Visibility sucks here today. IMG_20230628_094122877_HDR.jpg

well guys there are 2 hundred + currently burning in quebec. resources have been brought in internationally to help fight it. on top of that the wicked electrical storms we have been receiving continue to ignite new fires in the dense super dry bush. this is the worst forest fire season ever recorded here in canada

you have to realize that quebec is one of eight provinces and that quebec has a land mass the size of the northeast united states and is mostly bush

I just talked to the safety people on our job site we have that red air quality alert today but they just let us work like normal they said it would have to get twice as bad for us to not work on this job site.

It's bad here today. I'm was in a big warehouse today and when you look up at the lights it's even hazy indoors.

I've never paid attention to the AQI until today.
