    Good morning, y'all. Hope y'all have a SPECTACULAR SONDAY. 75° with 74DP...
    Heading to church this morning, missed a couple Sundays while on vacation. Don't know about this evening, might fire up the smoker and lay on some apple sausage...:drool::drool::drool:
    and maybe some Boutcher's smoked bacon...:grizz:
    See if the kids want to come over. Got a basket from Hershey's to make 4 Smores at a time, need to build a fire and try it out.

    Morning. Quiet predawn moments are nice. Hope to get the new limb chipper going on the tractor and do some work. Have to ride in with my wife and pick up the Ram , form recall repair and brake work.

    We did too...... all of about 10 minutes worth. Still really smoky here and they keep saying rain is coming. So is Christmas, we'll see what gets here first.

    Good afternoon! 69F and cloudy. We've had a couple showers today along with a downpour yesterday afternoon. I split most of the cherry I had in my truck yesterday to refill a rack and found some hickory mixed in. I still have a few pieces of that left I'll finish off tonight. I made a delivery after the rain yesterday to a new customer. Just one row across the back of the truck to about the top of the bed. Big new house with tennis courts on one of the local lakes about 7 minutes from me. Super nice guy. He was amazed how dry and nice the wood was. Hopefully he'll turn into a repeat customer. If rain holds off I'll split some cottonwood tonight for one of my empty totes. Have a God day!

    another 2" in 3 hours right around 4 p.m. 3.3" so far today after 2 weeks of nothing. All the smoke is also gone

    There was hail all around us and some pretty nasty lightning but we just got rain. No tornadoes touched down in our county. I think there were some south of us.
