Currently 57 and getting much needed rains. Weather hack says it'll stay like this till the end of next week. No complaints here, we've been dangerously dry.
60 degrees in Perry County, got .8" rain already today, as you said, dangerously dry here. Might start a "campfire" in the insert this evening!
We had 54 this morning, the last I looked at the outside temperature it was 80 out. We have about 1 to 2 inches of rain coming in, that was from NOAA.
Wow. People getting rain sound great right now. I went to town this morning and have to say most of the crops are in terrible condition. The wheat is about 4 weeks from harvest but I doubt there is much wheat in the heads and too late to grow any more. Sad. Also the second cutting of hay is not growing. A lot of the beans are already lost.
I just thought of this thread this morning. It has been in the 20's the last two mornings here. 22 this morning. Still burning from September. All the wifes flowers melted when the frost burnt off.
Another sunny day with very hot temps. Only thing different is that it thundered like hell for awhile, but produced absolutely no rain!
It's 70.7 out today with rain, some hard but at the moment it's more of a drizzle. The dewpoint is 68 and by the looks of the forecast, this will last into late next week.
We got a pretty aggressive thunder storm last night. My little drainage ditch was a river for about 1/2 hour.
