Log Road Cleanup

    Did some work on our neighbor’s log road today. The husband had some surgery awhile back and had lifting restrictions for some time. This was all damage from that big snow storm in March. It wasn’t a lot, but enough to make it impassable.

    Actually got a decent small load out of the cleanup:

    Saw this cool Beech while I was cutting. It grew horizontally, then had this cool keyhole:

    Print preview of what I’ll be cutting and hauling out of there next. I need to get that out soon as it’s been sitting for a couple of years.

    Thanks everyone! It was a bit misty in the morning in VT. Stayed cloudy and a bit breezy in the afternoon. It was pretty wet in the woods; I had my mud boots on back there.
