Keep in mind that in the summer your weight numbers may not change but you are converting body fat to muscle with more exercise this time of year. Don't just rely on scale numbers.
Hmm...........since I am getting called out, might as well be flippant too. I Paid between $9 & $10 for these counting royalties. They are doing pretty good.
Paid bills, mowed grass off and on today. Drove kids to Syracuse so they could board a flight to see their big sister. Installed three air conditioners for my mother today. Helped my wife with a horse fence chore. Beat. Horizontal already. Went close to 90 today. Installed the two smaller AC units in upstairs last night here. Tomorrow morning the big one goes in the first floor window. That keeps the living room, kitchen and dining room comfortable. Wife has allergies so we have to keep windows closed during different times of pollen and many other allergens.
Not being flippant. Just included your name since you helped me out with my questions last fall. Since I posted that, one of the three trees sprouted some green near the base! There's hope for one at least! Those trees of yours are phenomenal! Maybe I should plan on drive down there to buy some apples from you this fall!!!!
I should have a plethora of apples. If you PM me your e mail address, I will put you on the mailing list. I send out about 5 notices when things will be ready starting the 3rd week of August.
I'm very impressed with the improved battery life on this phone. I chose the S9+ as it had a larger battery (at 3,500mah) than the S9 (among a few other things) but it would still get pretty low and I would charge it every morning. The A54 has a 5,000mah, I am charging it this morning for the first time since early Tuesday. It was still at something like 40-45% so it could go the rest of today without the charge, but figure I might as well top it off.
I heard some battery expert on the radio a couple months back and he was saying that lithium ion battery are happiest in the 20-80% charged range...under that very often is hard on 'em, and so is charging them up to 100% all the time...especially if left on the charger long term (I guess some chargers aren't very good at regulating themselves) he said overheating, and overcharging are the two most common causes for battery fires... I wish I would have caught the guys name, he was interesting
I won't make 198 or under 200, yesterday I attended a mass for someone who passed away, they invited me down for a meal afterwards along with eating a few pork chops the wife cooked on the grill for supper so this morning I was 210. I think that I can hit 205 by the morning of June 9th and then it will be a nice meal at home. A 20.2 pound loss will put me at 207 from when I started this chit on 4/15/23 at 227.2.
Shorter work day today (8) and another warm one. Took some AC time inside when it was 91. Then the storm rolled through and brought in some cooler air. Not much rain, but better than none! And some wind, thunder, and lightning. (I hope we get some more rain the middle of next week. Looks 50/50 right now.) Then I went out, when the coast was clear, and trimmed up some pine branches causing a problem with the vegetable garden. Can’t be havin that! And then trimmed up a Maple in our side yard that was keeping too much light away from some flower gardens. Much better. You hoarders have a safe and great weekend!
I try to take them off the charger fairly quickly. That is why I charge in the morning - I'll take it off and move it to my office just before I get ready to settle down to work at 6 am.
