Great idea ! Plus can keep some in my lil ammo toolbox on the tractor ! I've just been using old half cans of spray paint from projects of years gone by . But I ran out..had to buy a new can..ouch ! I'm gonna go grab some chalk out of the garage. Thanks for the tip !
SOP for me. Folding rule slips nicely into the back pocket Pic of me marking logs from last Sunday at our GTG
Found the old stash of chalk in the garage. Took a few pieces to try out . Thanks for the suggestion ! Also took the rime to clean out all the extra stuff out of my chainsaw box. It's amazing how many screntches..I had in there !
Think I have one of those ill try next time. I have a stick cut to 18" for this last stuff. But hardly handy to keep track of !
Had a chance to clean the 562xp up. Cut all that Ash non stop without a compressed air blow out..or cleaning of any sort. That Ash is very fine dusty stuff. So I was shocked at how little there was to do. Before Blown out..wiped down..greased..sharpened. knock tops off of rakers. After...whichever side looks best lol !
I have an 18 inch stick that I kept losing. I put a piece of orange tape on it and solved the problem.
Starting to get the rounds quartered in the vertical position. Have I ever mentioned im getting to old for that ? Splitting in vertical too long...and I myself...can't stand vertical lol !
Last post on this. Getting the Ash chunks over to my dad..so he can take them the rest of the way. 6 loads out. Was a nice change of pace from the normal. Got to love the Switch n Go box.
